Terms

Terms governing use of this website and the coaching services offered through it.

Last updated: 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of zach.swaffer.com and to coaching services provided by Destiny Coaching. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to them.

Nature of the service

Destiny Coaching provides instructional coaching for the game Destiny 2. Coaching is educational: sessions are intended to help you understand game systems and improve your own play.

Destiny Coaching does not offer account boosting, and does not ask for or accept your account credentials. You should never share your account password with a coach.

No affiliation with Bungie

Destiny Coaching is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bungie, Inc. Destiny, Destiny 2, Bungie, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of the game and your platform.

Booking and sessions

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A session is confirmed once session details have been agreed in writing. Coaching options and rates are provided in response to a booking request.

Results

Coaching is intended to improve your knowledge and skill, but improvement depends on your own practice and application. No specific competitive result, rank, completion, or reward is guaranteed.

Conduct

Coaching sessions are expected to be respectful in both directions. Sessions may be ended where conduct is abusive or where a customer asks for services that are not offered.

Website content

Site content is provided for general information. Game systems change over time, and information on this site may not always reflect the current state of the game.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.

Site owner: these terms are a reasonable general-purpose starting point, not legal advice. Before relying on them, have them reviewed and add the clauses your business needs — governing jurisdiction, payment and refund terms, cancellation and rescheduling policy, and a contact address for notices.
